How street cleaning works in Cambridge

Public Works sweeps every residential street once a month, April through December: one side on one day, the other side on another. Source
Your side is set by its house numbers: the odd and even sides of a street have their own dates, which depend on its district. Source
The city publishes no hours for residential streets: move by the time on the posted sign. We count the whole day. Source
Sweeps that fall on a holiday are rescheduled, and the dates here already include those changes. Very heavy rain or snow can cancel a sweep. Source
Cars left on the side being swept are ticketed and towed. Source
